The house has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a living room with comfortable sofas and a smart TV with Netflix subscription.
The outside areas are enormous, a high balcony with sun deck, soft sofas and relaxing atmosphere to observe the sea views, the perfect sunset views and the stars at night. On the ground floor a really spacious veranda with a mini pool, two dining tables, sofas and sunbeds and a 1 acre of land with olive trees, palm trees and local herbs!
There is a closed private parking area fitting 2 cars and motorbikes that is easily accessible from the main road.
Away from the crowds in a 2-acre land, totally private, the House of Sun is only 4 km away from the Red Beach, 3 km from Akrotiri Excavation site, 5 km form Perissa beach and 4 km from Vlychada beach. Fira is 10 minutes away by car, the port at 10 minutes away and the airport at 15 minutes way by car.
