Villa Fegari is located in Firostefani village, a white-washed village built on the cliff side of the caldera. Firostefani is a 10 minutes walk from the capital of Santorini, Fira. Although close to the capital, Firostefani is a quiet and traditional village hanging over the cliffs of the caldera. It offers one of the best views on the island, 180 degrees perspective of the caldera and the volcano and of course the magnificent sunset of Santorini. It is a village with original Santorinian houses and hotels, 4-5 restaurants with great cuisine and small cafes. Firostefani is ideal for those who want to be close to Fira but hear no noise from it, enjoy private views and good quality meals, be close to bus stations, bars, museums and all that Fira can offer, while truly relaxing and enjoying a private meal or a lovely cocktail.
Fira is the islands capital. Located in the middle of Santorini Fira is always busy, in the summer and the winter months. Hanging from the highest cliffs of the Caldera, and being in the centre of the island, Fira is the meeting point for all bus routes and tourist’s attractions. Have a glance at the Theotokopoulos Square, the meeting point overflowing with cafés and thousands of visitors! Gold Street with the jewellery stores and the commercial centre Fabrika are poles of attraction, but you should also go ahead to Budi to enjoy the view of the Caldera. The view is fantastic, as well as the happenings taking place at that spot.
Villa Ariadni is located in a quiet and traditional area of Oia, Santorini. Directly in front of the famous sunset of Oia Villa Ariadni is surrounded by white washed small houses, lovely paths and white churches. Only 5 minutes walking distance from the centre of Oia, and next to the famous sunset castle we have the privilege of being close to all but away from the noise. From your houses you can be in just 2 minutes in the main part of Oia, you can descend to Amoudi Bay for a cool swim and some fish by the sea in its famous tavernas or walk just 5 minutes the closest public pool. The closest sand beach is 5 minutes with car and there are more to follow after that.
Location is ideal for travellers who wish to relax in a private atmosphere, enjoy the view and the sun and dine at the sunset light. Only 50 meters from our property are the steps that lead to Amoudi Bay, the old times fisherman port of Oia with restaurants with fresh fish and a cosy rocky beach with green waters.
